Dear Ash:
I drive a 92 nissan sentra and the acceleration sucks. Is there a technique I can use to accelerate faster?
It kind of depends. Is it a manual or an automatic? Do you have a tachometer? Have you looked up your power band? If it's a manual then make sure you're not shifting until after you hit your peak torque (which you can find online). If you have an automatic, you're kind of screwed.

Dear Ash:
If you could be granted one wish, what would it be? (besides the misfile being corrected of course)
No more periods would be nice.

Dear Ash:
After all that has happend between you and Emily,
Does it bother you when Emily refers to you with a female pronoun?
Not really. If she started talking to people referring to me with MALE pronouns people would probably think she was insane.

Dear Ash:
Which would you chose if for some odd reason that the only way for you to become a guy again was to eather date Rumisiel or Vashiel. (like dinner movie first date thing) Who would you chose or why (or for some reason you would stay a girl)?
Define date. So long as all I have to do is go to dinner I'd say I pick Rumisiel. The least I could make the bastard do is buy me a free dinner.

Dear Ash:
What kind of view do you usually have when playing driving games? 1st person or third?
1st person. I find playing in third person to be somewhat disorientating.

Dear Ash:
Have you considered telling anyone that you're a female-to-male transsexual? I know it's not exactly true, but it might be close enough to the truth to help people to understand what you're going through. Especially your parents. Most transgenders I've talked to say they feel much more comfortable once they take on the identity of their "true" gender. Also, wouldn't it be nice to be able to dress like a boy again, and be identified as a boy?
I think admitting that would just make my life even MORE difficult. It's hard enough feeling different without everyone around you looking at you and treating you as thought you ARE different.

Dear Ash:
Is Heather Walsh (page 1241) a (former?) midfielder for the Canada
women's national soccer team, Amy Heather Walsh (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amy_Walsh ), or is it just a coincidence
of similiar name? Her line about "competitive nature" on page 1240, is
somewhat suggesting the possibility.
Huh? I've never heard of her. So far as I know she's just Harry's niece.
