It is your LAST DAY to get this month's pin!!!
So, it's been an absolutely shit week so far... Apparently the new owners of the condo left to my brother and I by my late father have unilaterally decided to raise the yearly condo association dues for our unit from about $4000 to about $25,000, which means effectively that a: we will never sell it, ever; and b: We will have to forclose on it. Wonderful timing, what with my depression meds having run out several weeks ago. So basically I'm left with two options, tear my fathers dream property that he spent the last year of his life renovating to pieces, auction off everything in it and forclose on it, or hope that we can sell it hundreds of thousands of dollars below market value to the very people who just fucked us. The worst part is I'm actually hoping for option two.
On top of that, I've cut the thumb on my right hand so badly that I needed superglue to close the wound after applying pressure for 45 minutes failed to stem the bleeding. I've yet to see how this effects my art this week.
Oh, and our A/C went out AGAIN. So I get to fix that too.
You ever have one of those days where you'd just like to go to sleep and not be bothered for a few weeks...

Well Raven con has come and gone. It was really the 1st time that Chris, Avery and I got to go out alone so to speak. We had a blast. Avery was pretty much awesome till the ride home, where he wigged out 1/2 way through. But we made it home alive, with no problems.
It was a great weekend, only to come home to the air being broken yet again. Every year it seems we go through 3-4 service calls on both the systems. I guess that is why we keep purchasing the house warranty. One of these days they just need to replace the damn things. I miss nice cool air!Smiles!
