What do we pay insurance companies for again? I got bill for some tests I got done for my new medication that were supposed to be free by the terms of my insurance. So now I have to spend my Monday contacting my insurance and the lab and basically doing their jobs to get this dealt with. Will I get some sort of refund for having to do their jobs for them? No. I won’t.
