Well, I had hoped to be able to tell you all today the cool story about how I saved an XR4Ti from the crusher, but like most things the last few years, the story has a crappy ending where the dealership decided that it wouldn't sell me the car despite my having cash in hand. This makes the forth XR4Ti that I've ALMOST gotten over the last 9 years of my looking. Each time I give up on the dream only delude myself that it's still possible a few years later and end up in the same situation I find myself now. Pissed off.
