The blacks sheep of the family, Rumisiel 
gave up trying to keep up with his father 
and brother and fell off the wagon.  Now 
a boozing, drug using punk, Rumisiel is 
kicked out of heaven indefinitely for 
smoking pot while working on the job.  To 
keep from being kicked out permanently, 
and to hopefully get back in sooner, 
Rumisiel tries to keep his mistakes from 
getting out and to help people down on earth.  Unfortunately for everyone involved, he 
really sucks at it.
