A senior in Ash and Emily’s high school, Tom 
is a big talker and probably the second best 
local mountain racer.  Ash, a year his younger, 
took the title from him and this has been a 
sore spot.  Tom is constantly waging psychological
warfare on Ash and challenging her to races in an
attempt to reclaim his title as “King of the 
Mountain”.
