Chris:
AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
MISFILE TO BE PUBLISHED BY EIGOMANGA!
After meeting at Anime Expo, EigoManga
and I have begun a relationship as publisher and artist, and Misfile
will be published (with further details to be forthcoming) hopefully
as early as December of January. Please note that this will in
no way effect your ability to continue reading Misfile here on this
web site, but I do hope that many of you will acquire the paper
version of Misfile for your collections (I know that some of you
have been asking for it already). I will give you
all more details as they are available, but right now, I'm pretty
psyched. :) Please pay their site a visit and let'em know how
totally great it is of them to give me this chance.
Now for some Anime-Expo pictures:
Upon first arriving at the con (after
standing in line forever, of course) I immediately spotted this AE86
in the lobby, and being in my Initial D costume already...
Later that day, there were some other Initial
D Cosplayers and we had a pretty good time until one of us was arrested
by officer Jenny. Later that night was the usual EZ
board get together part 1 in which, per usual, I got to
embarrass myself.
On day two, Third and I donned out
Chrno Crusade Costumes (Picture
1, Picture 2).
There were a lot of other good cosplayers that day. Here are
some samples: Naruto,
More Naruto, Felicia
from Jubei-chan (a shame we didn't bring out Jubei-chan costumes
this year), Full
Metal Alchemist, Kodomo
no Omocha, Noir
(yeah, Third may hate it, but I think Chloe is cool :P), even the Laughing
Man from GITS TV. I changed out of costume for the Web
Comic Panel, which was a tremendous success in all respects.
More costumes!: Pepsi
Man! Of course, our friend Jay who was hired to make this Gun
Grave Costume. We liked it so much, we bought him an ice
cream cone. Awwwww... And last, but not least, this
unusual costume idea from Azumanga
Daioh.
Other highlights included this B12
pillar in the dealers room (that's Gozer from the forums on the
left and me on the right) and this XR4Ti
we found in the parking lot... The guy sitting in it while we were
taking picture was kinda freaked out by us though.
That's all for now.
Have a good read.

Yeah! For
good news. If you say Chris's post, you know that Misfile is
gonna be in print, and at your local bookstores. This includes
the UK. So, head over to your book store and request that they
get the Rumble Pak in stock. You can see more about the
Rumble Pak on the Eigomanga website!
Keep the
votes coming!
Smiles!
