Yeah, well, I would have felt guilty giving you this title page for the regular Wednesday update, so here's the title page for Volume 2, and the next page will be up tomorrow (Wednesday).

Please note that due to my server switch, I have been unable to receive email correctly since last Wednesday, so if anyone has written me since then, I'm not ignoring you, I just haven't received it.  I'm working on the problem and hope to have it resolved soon.
