Dear Ash:
would you consider a male who thinks you are hot to be homosexual?
Not really. I mean, they dont know I'm a guy inside, so to them it's just physical. Kind of creepy for mew though. If they DID know, well, I guess the answer would still be no, since "hot" kind of means a "physical attraction".... Even MORE creepy for me though.

Dear Ash:
Have you ever gotten a little fed up with being the Kind/Queen(If you pardon the term, but I assume that is how people would see you, respective of your situation) of the mountain? For example, Do you ever just want to kick back and watch a race, maybe do a few practice runs, but you get bothered by some Jackass in a Half-ass little Civic thinking he's got game?
I've never seen it as a problem. I like the pressure really. It kept me hungry to get to the stop and keeps me hungry to stay there. I'll race anyone who wants to race me, and enjoy it.

Dear Ash:
Let's have a little hypothetical question here. If a genie appeared and said he could restore your gender and fix your world instantly, but you had to give up racing forever, would you agree?
That's a really tough question. Maleness is central to my identity, but in a way, so is racing and driving. I want to be me again, but could I really be me if I had to give up the things I enjoy most? I hope that's not a choice I ever have to make.

Dear Ash:
So, I was rereading your memoirs, as it were, and realised that Kate lost her sister on Mt. Greylock. Is that the same mountain you've been racing down (or do you race up?)? If so, which path do you take down the mountain (that is, Notch road or the other one whos name escapes me...), and how do you handle those hairpin turns on each path? If not, which mountain have you been cruising?
We don't race on Mt. Greylock. There are too many people who could get hurt there, as it's kind of a touristy place. We race on the Old Road up to the Wallace mines just outside of town. We race both up and down depending on who's racing. As well as up and down, there are three different legs of the course. The top is fairly straight with light corners, the middle is much steeper and mostly hairpins (we call it the gauntlet), and the bottom section is somewhere in between. As for handling the hair pin turns... Well, that's half the fun. ;)

Dear Ash:
Condolences over the setback with Emily. However, it might be a blessing in disguise, as pertains to my following question! Would you be comfortable being... intimate with Emiy? I mean, a kiss isn't very gender specific, but wouldn't you get confused about certain body parts you didn't use to have? ;)
I... Um... Don't know. To be honest, I wasn't really thinking straight when all that happened. I wasn't considering the how's and what if's of going beyond that moment. I just don't know.

Dear Ash:
What ran through your mind that day when Kate said 'Be my sister'. was it along the lines of: I'm a GUY!! or 'This is awkward...' or 'Dammit let go of me you lesbian!' OR 'creepy. help! someone!'????
Sort of... Both. It was very creepy and emasculating all at once. It was not a moment I care to relive.

Dear Ash:
What if your Mom calls and wants you to model some lingerie for her?
     I'll decline. Plain and simple.
