Dear Ash:
Are there any upsides to being a girl? I’m just wondering… (people are gonna look at me funny now… I’m a guy.)
I don't doubt that there are, but I'm not a girl at heart, so for me personally, I haven't found any that don't seriously creep me out.

Dear Ash:
If you're supposed to forget everything ever happened when it's all sorted out, I imagine it's going to be rough saying good-bye to Emily, especially if, say, you start to really like her. She seems to be getting a slight crush on you. Should this sort of thing grow, would you consider thinking twice about reversing it?
I've been asked this question, or variations of this question a lot. I like Emily. I really do. She's a great friend, and yes, I would miss her friendship, but we're talking about my identity here, my very sense of self. I've been a girl for a bit over 2 weeks, and Emily has been my support, but I've been a guy for 17 years before that. Choosing between the two? I'd miss Emily (although I guess I wouldn't really remember it), but I have to be who I feel that I am.

Dear Ash:
Before all this is over, have you considered asking Rumisael to... heh heh heh... "accidently" misfile TOM'S file once he's back in Heaven? Perhaps placing it in the girl cabinet?
As much as I dislike Tom, being put in this situation is not something I would wish on anyone. Before experiencing it myself, I might have said yes, but waishing something like this on someone else when in reality they haven't actually hurt you outside of just being a jerk is just plain evil.

Dear Ash:
Is it just my observation, or does the XR4Ti bear any similarity to the Ford Thunderbirds and/or Mustangs of the time? And are there any FWD cars you think would perform better as an R/AWD?

Sidenote: Wimpy-ass Mustangs of the early 90’s, and the 80’s T-Birds were pretty damn sleek. Now they’ve gone and surrendered both of them to the damn retro fad. The last Mustang looked pretty sweet, all they could’ve done was use a better platform.
Actually, the XR4Ti (The U.S. version anyway) shares the same engine with the 2.3 liter versions of those cars, but performance-wise it's my oppinion that the XR4Ti is a way better performing package. Better chassis, better handling, etc. Call it "German Engineering" if you'd like.

I'm fond of the new Thunderbirds and Mustangs too, but I'm slightly dissapointed in Ford's not going with an independent real suspension in the new Mustangs.

FWD cars that would perform better as RWD or AWD? Most, especially when you consider that most FWD cars worth their salt come in a more expensive and better performing AWD version.

Dear Ash:
A few of us here were wondering what would have you done, while in that recent tussle with Tom, if he had suddenly given you a 'peck on the cheek'
as it were? We're betting that Tom secretly has the hots' for you, but is afraid to show it. And how about those 2 angels? What's going to happen if eiher of them tries to 'get friendly?'
     *Shudder*

Let's start with what I did do. I fought fair... well, after the sucker punch. He fell after that first hit since he wasn't expecting it. I tried to hit him again, but the whole thing got pretty messy and mostly it was just a scuffle in the dirt with each of us trying alternatively to get up until it got broken up. Trying to plant a kiss would have landed him in a dentists chair getting his teeth recontructed. *Blech*

As for the angels, Rumisiel knows better. Vashiel I'm more worried about, but he seems to wrapped up acting all proper to try, and even if he did I'm fairly certain a curt "no" would disuade him.

Dear Ash:
What part of being a girl weirds you out the most?
That's kind of a difficult question to answer, so it may take me a while. So far, it's no one particular thing. For starters, wearing a bra is a constant reminder. Every time it squeezes me funny or gets uncomfortable it's a reminder. Plus, the constant remind that I have breasts keeps making my hunch over, and then my back hurts, or maybe the back pain is directly from the breasts themselves. I don't know. It's also a pain when I sleep, because I used to sleep on my stomach a lot, but now I can't, because it hurts to do that. Other little things are like when I wake up and have to go to the bathroom and I stumble to the toilet and just stand there in front of it for a second before the realization of how useless that is hits me again like a lead brick. Having to tilt my head up to talk to people that I used to be the same height as. Walking down the street and having people stare at me and realizing they're really staring at my ass. Almost walking in to the "wrong" locker room. The subtly different ways my dad treats me, not to mention my teachers and classmates. It's all just one big mess. The worst part is, even thought I am actually physically female and wearing mens' clothes, when I walk out in public, I feel like I'm living a big lie and cross dressing with this body and that everyone who looks at me somehow knows, and then it's even more crushing each time I realize that they don't, and that to them I've always been a girl.

Dear Ash:
Finally, for now, you mentioned a 2nd car back in Ask Ash 3; just wondering what that was or if I'll just have to wait and see?
When I bought it, I had every intention of driving it, but it doesn't currently have an engine in it, and I don't have the money to both maintain my current car and build up another, so unless I have the need to, I doubt more and more whether I'll ever get that monster up and running. It's from the same family as my XR4Ti, but with some noted differences. Sort of a more experimental project car I bought from the same guy.
