Rubin Property Management is the worst property management company of all time. There. I said it. That's Rubin Property Management in Los Angeles County. Rubin Property Management who doesnt have a website, so that if I say it enough times (Rubin Property Management, that is) on one page, this rant will be the default number one listing whenever anyone searches for information on Rubin Property Management. So... WHY is Rubin Property Management the worst company ever? Well, lets start with never being open, never answering their phones or returning messages when are actually ARE open, never responding to safety issues in the units they "Supervise" (I use the word supervise in only the loosest sense...), and asuming that the newest and/or youngest tenants in any complex are obviously to blame for any noise, litter or plumbing problems, irregardless of where they occur. As such, I was happy to move out of my condo, but alas, Rubin Property Management has managed to screw me again. All they had to do was sign one piece of paper. It took three weeks of calls, and sending said piece of paper, which they said they would sign, three separate times to get them to finally send it to the escrow company. As such, Our escrow is now over two weeks over due, and costing me approximately $60 a day. As such, if any one in the greater Los Angeles area ever has the oppurtunity to live anywhere supervised by Rubin Property Management... DON'T. If anyone lives somewhere CURRENTLY supervised by Rubin Property Management, I suggest you get your home owner's association to get rid of them for your own protection. This has been a public service message from Misfile. And for good measure... Rubin Property Management sucks. I'm going to be at Trinoc-Con in North Carolina from July 15 - July 17. I hope to see some of you there. For any of you who still want commissions, I'll post the link again after I clear out the backlog I'm already working on. In the meantime, thanks for all this month's donations so far. Per above, I'm kind of getting screwed finacially at the moment, so every penny helps. Thanks again.
