It is your LAST DAY to get this month's pin!!! So, it's been an absolutely shit week so far... Apparently the new owners of the condo left to my brother and I by my late father have unilaterally decided to raise the yearly condo association dues for our unit from about $4000 to about $25,000, which means effectively that a: we will never sell it, ever; and b: We will have to forclose on it. Wonderful timing, what with my depression meds having run out several weeks ago. So basically I'm left with two options, tear my fathers dream property that he spent the last year of his life renovating to pieces, auction off everything in it and forclose on it, or hope that we can sell it hundreds of thousands of dollars below market value to the very people who just fucked us. The worst part is I'm actually hoping for option two. On top of that, I've cut the thumb on my right hand so badly that I needed superglue to close the wound after applying pressure for 45 minutes failed to stem the bleeding. I've yet to see how this effects my art this week. Oh, and our A/C went out AGAIN. So I get to fix that too.
