You can now download Volumes 1 and 2 of Misfile there in their entirely. They are the cleaned up slightly higher resolution versions that are in the print versions, but do NOT have the bonus material I put in the print only versions (the resolution of the images is also between the online version and the print version in quality). You do have to sign up, but it's free, and there's a lot of other good stuff there.
